A timeless bachelor pad

Purchasing a home is a major milestone, and for our millennial client, his apartment at The Antares condominium marked a significant achievement. As a self-proclaimed homebody, he envisioned a residence tailored to his lifestyle — an elegant bachelor pad with dedicated spaces for work, cozy nooks for unwinding, and inviting communal areas for hosting guests. He sought a design that valued simplicity, with clean lines and subtle touches to express his personality.

To achieve a harmonious aesthetic throughout the apartment, we chose a uniform beige limewash paint, employing plastering techniques to create soft, curved edges for a serene atmosphere. The carpentry and furniture were treated with the same colour palette, ensuring a seamless flow of the limewash effect. For lighting, we curated fixtures from Sol Luminaire, selecting ones with inward curves and warm tones to enhance relaxation.

In optimizing the dining space, we designed a custom L-shaped settee that doubles as storage, perfectly balancing form and function. This thoughtful integration of design elements resulted in a sophisticated and cohesive living space that embodies the client's vision, offering both comfort and timeless style.
