Each Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery location boasts its unique charm, but the fourth outlet at One Holland Village stands out as truly exceptional. This outlet introduces a secondary target audience—man’s best friend. Designed as a pet-friendly concept, it serves as a takeaway store where pet owners and their furry companions can enjoy a snack, while the Sourbombe team operates efficiently.

The interior design continues the brand’s aesthetic with a curved wall treatment. Pink-peach lime wash was applied to the pastry display counter and flooring, contrasted by the signature blue tones in the back-of-house area. Enhancing the visual appeal, we incorporated copper elements and ticking strips on the pastry display counter, reminiscent of pastry layers. A distinctive feature of this outlet is the double frontage, allowing customers to observe the operations team preparing bombolinis in both the front and back-of-house, emphasising the freshness and artisanal quality of the bakes. For the four-legged visitors, we designed a spacious waiting area. At the main entrance, a custom-designed booth set with a pet parking pole provides a comfortable spot for owners and their pets to relax together.
